Buy/Sell Inventory & Evaluations

Purpose of Buy/Sell inventory is to obtain a complete and accurate value for all parts department assets (carline parts, accessories and non carline inventory). After inventory is completed an “Asset Evaluation” will be completed as outlined in the Buy/Sell Agreement.

Before inventory, reports will be run from Dealership Inventory Control System to verify most current carline pricing is being used and all valid part numbers are assigned an accurate cost price. Costing of non carline (aftermarket) parts will be valued based on dealers purchase invoice if available.

Any parts department assets not covered by Buy/Sell Agreement will be identified and reviewed with Buyer and Seller. This will include items such as work in process (parts on open repair orders), new and used factory cores and bulk fluids. If not specified in Buy/Sell “Miscellaneous Items” such as shop supplies and hardware will be reviewed with Buyer and Seller. All these items will be evaluated and included in evaluation if agreed to by both parties.

After Buy/Sell Inventory is completed Evaluation Report will be completed by Bob Pearson Enterprises LLC based on the Buy/Sell Agreement with supporting documents.

Bob Pearson Enterprises will be available after Buy/Sell Inventory and Evaluation for meeting with Buyer and Seller to review the reports.
